Rabbits belong to the tiny mammal family Leporidae.It is called Oryctolagus cuniculus in science.Rabbits, both wild and domesticated, are widespread.Their silky bodies are covered with fur.Because of their teeth, they have long, developing under cheeks and round, short tails.For rabbits to maintain little teeth, they must be fed often.Their huge, prominent ears let them to immediately detect the presence of adversaries.

Breeding

Rabbits reproduce rapidly. breeds many times a year and yields four to twelve young every breeding.Until they are five to seven months old, when they are ready to procreate, babies are typically breastfed.

Behavior:

Rabbits like to run in groups since they are social creatures. able to flee when confronted and swiftly hide in a burrow.They are most active at night and in the evening.

Advantages and Importance:

They are grown for their flesh and skin and are sometimes kept as pets. They may sometimes be harmful to agriculture because they taint crops and eat them.
